*My research is highly interdisciplinary, with a strong emphasis on data science, particularly time series analysis of environmental data. Sea level change, climate variability and space-earth interactions are some of my favorite topics.*

**Sea-level & coastal climate change**

    Using in-situ and satellite data to improve understanding and quantification of the interplay of climate, sea level and land-use effects at the ocean-land interface.

**Environmental radioactivity**

    Using radon and ambient radioactivity data to trace dynamic processes in the natural environment.

**Data management**

     Tools and procedures for data organisation, preservation, scientific reproducibility, data literacy.
